estraTensio |Slide quick coupling
Slider with quick coupling, it has the property of being self-locking chain, to keep puller parallel to the direction of the chain and allows the extraction of the same.
The project is composed of only 3 parts, while maintaining the same characteristics of similar projects:
The first slider, made in the 90s, with the same characteristics was developed by YKK, (a Japanese corporation), with the difference that is made up of as many as 7 elements, including two small springs with an outside diameter of less than one millimeter.
The project “EstraTensio” was sold to Lanfranchi spa, a great leader in the field of hinges for clothing.
This is the 4th project I did, with the specifications given.
Cursore ad innesto rapido, ha le proprietà di essere auto bloccante sulla catena, di mantenere il tiretto in posizione parallela rispetto alla direzione della catena e permette l’estrazione dello stesso.
Il progetto è composto da sole 3 parti, pur mantenendo le stesse caratteristiche dei progetti similari:
Il primo cursore, realizzato negli anni 90, con le medesime caratteristiche è stato realizzato dalla YKK, (una multinazionale giapponese), con la differenza che è composto da ben 7 elementi, includendo 2 piccole molle con un diametro esterno inferiore al millimetro.
Il progetto “EstraTensio” è stato ceduto alla Lanfranchi spa, una grande società leader nel settore delle cerniere per abbigliamento.
Questo è il 4° progetto che ho realizzato, con le caratteristiche indicate.
